Sporat ("the App") is a real-time Helsinki tram tracker. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Location data: The App accesses your device location to center the map on your position. Location data is processed locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Subscription data: If you subscribe to Sporat Premium, purchase and subscription management is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and RevenueCat. We receive anonymized subscription status information but no payment details.
App usage: We track basic app open counts locally on your device to trigger support prompts. This data is not transmitted.
Firebase: Used for app configuration. Firebase may collect basic analytics data subject to Google's privacy policy.
RevenueCat: Manages subscription status. Subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Mapbox: Provides map tiles. Subject to Mapbox's privacy policy.
HSL: Tram position data is sourced from HSL open data APIs. No user data is sent to HSL.
App preferences (selected tram lines, app open count) are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. No personal data is stored on external servers.
The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is suitable for all ages.
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
